I worked as the UX/UI Designer for Dripto, designing a post-login software experience for their e-commerce platform alongside web designs for both their physical store and their NFT marketplace. The project required translating traditional e-commerce patterns into a Web3 environment, where cryptocurrency integrations and blockchain-based interactions introduce different user expectations and technical constraints.

The audience arrives split: streetwear buyers who have never held a wallet, and crypto natives who expect one. Keeping the shopping model familiar — clear hero, one primary action, wallet connection treated as a normal account affordance — let both groups move without a tutorial.

The final outcome was a visually refined, user-centric platform that bridged the gap between conventional e-commerce and Web3 functionality, letting users navigate, transact and reach their goals with confidence and ease.

Music & Media App Design

A single app carrying music streaming, mixers, trivia, merch and NFTs — the problem was never the features, it was making them coexist without overwhelming anyone.

I worked as part of a three-person UX/UI team on the UXPros mobile app, contributing to the main navigation and menu system that supports a diverse feature set. Within the team I drove UI exploration and refinement, shaping high-fidelity options that aligned with the UXPros brand and product goals.

I was actively involved in developing the information architecture, organising content into clear sections. Core features like Music and Mixer were prioritised, while secondary and account-related actions were separated out to reduce cognitive load and improve usability.

We worked in iterative design sprints, sharing progress internally and incorporating stakeholder feedback through hi-fi prototypes. That loop let us validate decisions and move forward with confidence once approvals landed.

After finalising the mobile designs I contributed to tablet adaptations, keeping layout, interactions and visual language consistent across devices. The parallel workflow let development start on mobile while tablet design continued.

Pronto AI Mobile & Tablet

An AI product has to feel legible the instant you open it. One interaction model, two densities, no relearning between phone and tablet.

I worked as a UX/UI Designer on Pronto AI, collaborating with a multidisciplinary design team to create a seamless, intuitive mobile experience. My role focused on user-centered interfaces while aligning visual and interaction decisions with Pronto’s product goals and brand direction.

I contributed across multiple design concepts, wireframes and high-fidelity UI options. Working closely with the other designers, I refined layouts, typography, colour usage and interaction patterns for clarity, usability and consistency. We presented to the Pronto team regularly and iterated on their feedback.

I was also involved in developing and refining the information architecture, making sure user flows were intuitive and content was structured to support both user needs and technical requirements — which made the handoff into development much smoother.

After the mobile designs were finalised I supported the expansion to tablet, adapting components and layouts for larger screens while holding the experience cohesive across platforms. We delivered development-ready designs on time so engineering could start while we refined remaining screens.

Healthcare / Enterprise UX

Vaccine Management

A complex, highly sensitive system we could barely access. Every design decision had to be earned through user conversations instead of clickthroughs.

I worked as a UX/UI Designer on this project, partnering closely with developers and end users to improve the usability of an existing, complex system. Because the platform handled highly sensitive personal data, our team had limited direct access to the software — which made a user-centered, feedback-driven process essential from the start.

To understand needs and pain points I collaborated with users through regular touchpoints, gathering qualitative feedback on workflows, system limitations and areas of friction. I helped synthesise those insights into clear UX requirements, user flows and interface improvements, so decisions stayed grounded in real user needs despite the access constraints.

Through iterative cycles I contributed wireframes and high-fidelity screens addressing usability, accessibility and efficiency, working with developers to validate feasibility against technical and regulatory constraints.

In parallel I supported the creation of a scalable design system that kept screens consistent while staying flexible enough for different state-level requirements, emphasising modular components, responsive behaviour and accessibility standards.

Despite the privacy and security limitations, we delivered responsive, development-ready designs that improved the experience while meeting strict compliance requirements. It sharpened my ability to design inside regulated environments, and reinforced how much collaboration, iteration and user advocacy matter on large-scale public systems.

Learning Dashboard

Not one dashboard — a kit that had to work for education, training and SaaS clients on day one, and still look like theirs.

This project focused on designing a flexible learning dashboard UI kit intended for resale to clients across education, training and SaaS platforms. As a UX/UI Designer I contributed to researching, designing and validating a system that could adapt to different business models while keeping a clear, intuitive experience.

We began by researching common learning management and course-based platforms to understand shared user needs and pain points — how people discover courses, track progress, manage favourites and navigate dashboards efficiently. The goal was to find the universal patterns that make a kit immediately usable while staying customisable.

Based on those insights I helped design flows and information architecture prioritising clarity, scalability and ease of navigation. The layout supports multiple course categories, filtering options and content types, so it works for different audiences without a major redesign. Sidebar navigation, card-based course layouts and visual hierarchy got particular attention so users can scan and act quickly.

I worked on wireframes and high-fidelity screens balancing strong visual design with practical UX. The interface was built as a modular system so clients can adapt components, colours and layouts to their brand, with accessibility, responsiveness and cross-screen consistency treated as part of the kit’s value.

Grounding the decisions in research and real usage patterns produced a polished, reusable kit clients can implement, customise and scale — cutting their design time while delivering a strong experience from day one.

As the UX/UI Designer on this digital wallet and financial dashboard, I focused on a clean, modern interface that lets users understand their financial status at a glance. The objective was to simplify complex financial data — balances, transactions, trends — into something intuitive and visually engaging.

I designed the post-login dashboard around clarity and accessibility: available balance first, then quick actions (send, request, history, rewards), then monthly performance. Data visualisation carried real weight here — charts and subtle motion cues help users track activity over time without feeling overwhelmed.

Throughout, I considered how people actually behave in fintech apps: frequent actions within easy reach, secondary information accessible but quiet. The interface is optimised for mobile-first interaction, with strong hierarchy, contrast and consistency supporting fast decisions.

The result is a polished, user-friendly financial experience that balances aesthetics with functionality — letting users manage money confidently while keeping a premium, trustworthy feel across the platform.
