Overview

This project focused on designing a flexible learning dashboard UI kit intended for resale to a wide range of clients across education, training, and SaaS platforms. As a UX/UI Designer, I contributed to researching, designing, and validating a system that could adapt to different business models while maintaining a clear, intuitive user experience.

We began by researching common learning management and course-based platforms to understand shared user needs, expectations, and pain points. This included analyzing how users discover courses, track progress, manage favorites, and navigate dashboards efficiently. The goal was to identify universal patterns that would make the UI kit immediately usable for clients while remaining customizable.

Based on these insights, I helped design user flows and information architecture that prioritized clarity, scalability, and ease of navigation. The dashboard layout was structured to support multiple course categories, filtering options, and content types, ensuring it could work for different audiences without requiring major redesigns. Special attention was given to sidebar navigation, card-based course layouts, and visual hierarchy to help users quickly scan and take action.

Throughout the process, I worked on wireframes and high-fidelity screens that balanced strong visual design with practical UX considerations. The interface was designed as part of a modular system, allowing clients to easily adapt components, colors, and layouts to fit their brand and product needs. Accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across screens were key considerations to increase the kit’s value and usability.

By grounding design decisions in research and real-world usage patterns, this project resulted in a polished, reusable learning dashboard UI kit that clients can confidently implement, customize, and scale—reducing their design time while delivering a strong user experience from day one.
