Music & Media App Design

Overview

I worked as part of a three-person UX/UI design team on the UXPros mobile app, contributing to the design of the main navigation and menu system that supports a diverse set of features, including music streaming, mixers, trivia, merch, and NFTs.

Within the team, I contributed to UI design exploration and refinement, helping shape high-fidelity design options that aligned with the UXPros brand and product goals. We collaborated closely to evaluate multiple design directions, ensuring strong visual hierarchy, clarity, and ease of navigation across the app.

I was actively involved in developing the information architecture, helping organize content into clear and intuitive sections. Particular attention was given to prioritizing core features like Music and Mixer, while separating secondary and account-related actions to reduce cognitive load and improve overall usability.

Throughout the project, we worked in iterative design sprints, sharing progress internally and incorporating stakeholder feedback through hi-fi prototypes. This collaborative feedback loop allowed us to validate design decisions and move forward with confidence once approvals were received.

After finalizing the mobile designs, I contributed to the tablet screen adaptations, ensuring consistency in layout, interactions, and visual language across devices. Our team’s parallel workflow enabled development to begin on mobile while design continued for tablet, supporting an efficient handoff.

By working closely with my teammates and stakeholders, I helped deliver a cohesive, intuitive navigation experience that supports UXPros’ expanding feature set and enhances the overall user experience.
